Cancellation Policy

For urban houses (Thessaloniki)

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the amount of the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days before arrival, or if they are no-shows.

For country houses (Halkidiki & Mykonos)

The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if canceled within 30 days prior to arrival. If the visitor does not appear you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Cancellation exceptions

The guest will not be charged for a cancellation fee for reservations that will be cancelled within 24 hours after booking.

Early cancellation is not charged for reservations cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival in country houses and up to 7 days before arrival in urban house
